DELIVERY

All orders will be dispatched within 3 – 7 working days.
You will receive an order acknowledgement email following your order and payment. We will send you an email confirming we have dispatched your order.

All prices are stated clearly in British Pounds.
No VAT is added as Natsula Designs is not VAT registered.

Charges: upto £2.65 for orders under £35. Free for orders over £35 to the UK. If you would like something sent to an international destination, please contact us at hello@natsuladesigns.com and we will be happy to discuss options with you. If you do ask us to arrange international delivery, there will be additional charges. We will give you an estimate of costs at the time, together with the anticipated delivery date.

RETURNS

Thank you for shopping with Natsula Designs. If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your order you may return it to me (unused and in its original packaging, with all relevant documentation) within 28 days.
Natsula Designs will refund the value of goods returned (excluding delivery costs) within 28 days of receipt of the return, without further charge to you. We will not refund the costs of returning goods.

However should an item be faulty, it will be replaced at no extra charge. Each paper Artwork is handmade and unique. Whilst every effort will be made to provide you with a replacement Artwork which is as similar as possible to the damaged piece, the individual nature of the replacement Artwork may mean that there are some variations in colour, size, placement of the cut outs and design from the Artwork originally sent to you.
